GeneratorPromptAI provides free online tools including but not limited to: PDF tools (compressor, converter, merger), image tools (compressor, converter, resizer, cropper, background remover), text tools (word counter, case converter, Lorem Ipsum generator, JSON formatter), developer tools (UUID generator, Base64 encoder, timestamp converter), and AI tools (ChatGPT prompt generator, Claude prompt generator, Midjourney prompt generator).

The tools are provided for personal and commercial use at no cost. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice.

By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Most tools on GeneratorPromptAI do not require an account. For features that do require account creation, you agree to:

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• You retain all rights to any content you upload or generate using our tools (your original files, your text prompts, your converted documents). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files or generated outputs.
• We do not claim any ownership rights over AI-generated prompts or text produced by our tools. You are free to use, modify, and distribute outputs as you see fit.

What happens to your files:

• Your files are processed in your browser whenever possible — they are not uploaded to our servers unless the specific tool requires server-side processing.
• For tools that require server processing (such as AI prompt generation), files are temporarily processed and automatically deleted after a short period.
• We do not view, read, analyze, store, or share your uploaded files with third parties.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensure you have the right to process it.

Your responsibility: You must ensure that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We are not responsible for content you choose to process through our tools.

2. Second: Mediation through a mutually agreed neutral mediator.
3. Third: Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
